KPI graphical information.
Presented KPI data in a graphical format. All data
was presented according to user login. Vice Presidents
and above were presented with data from all organizations,
while managers were presented data from their own
region.
One-stop-shop portal. This
portal was created to replace countless printed
and online reports. Users were presented with all
relevant information contained in the reports through
Portal. User had the option of selecting a specific
data which presented a snap-shot of the data at
that moment in time, as well as an organization
filter which would allow them to filter data by
the organization selected. Listings on the drop
down were tailored to user group. Vice presidents
had options to see everything, while managers only
had access to their particular region. Users were
also allowed to drill down into data to see source
numbers (see below)
Detail data. Users reached
this screen if they clicked on the Details link
on the above screen. The information presented here
was source data for the summary screens. Here users
could see individual data down to the item level.
Portal dashboard to monitor
manufacturing process. Purpose was to graphically
display number of defective product, product yields
as well as crew efficiency. Users were presented
with customized data depending on user group. Managers
were presented with all shift information, supervisors
were presented with all shift information for their
particular shift and line workers were presented
with personal productivity charts. Line workers
were also presented with data entry screens to manually
build product.
